By asking us to confirm your booking, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions, Essential trip information, Inclusions & Exclusions and cancellation & refund policy and agree to be bound by them.

These booking conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us on https://www.bestway2india.com (An online trading entity of Bestway Tours & Safaris Pvt Ltd) and which we agree to make , provide, or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions, to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated.

Essential Trip Information

  • The prices are Per Person on twin sharing basis.

  • The price is only valid for the mentioned departure date.

  • A single room supplement will be applicable to those who require a single room of their own throughout the trip. 

  • Limited inventory of twin-bedded rooms is available, and the fulfilment of this request is on the sole discretion of the hotel. In case if you do not want to share the room with any person, it is advisable that you pay for a single room supplement which will give you a single room of your own throughout the trip

  • Please note that smoking is prohibited in public and all parts of the hotels except in designated areas and bedrooms, where smoking is permitted.  Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know.  The fulfillment of this request is subject to availability of smoking rooms and is not guaranteed. 

  • Unless specified, check-in at hotels in India is at 14:00 Hrs and check out is at 12:00 Hrs

  • Our liability does not arise in case of Force Majeure (political disturbances, natural phenomenon etc.)

  • Every group member has to mandatory download Arogya Setu App and it should be updated, and all group members need to mandatory register on the App and ensure that it shows Green Status.

  • All group members will have to follow proper physical distancing norms as per the guidelines laid down by the state government and Ministry of Home, Government of India.

  • All group members have to mandatory buy domestic trip insurance which covers : loss of ticket (sum insured for minimum of INR 1 Lac), Personal liability (sum insured minimum for INR 5 Lacs), Accommodation charges covering trip delay (minimum coverage of INR 1500 per day) , emergency family travel and convalescence (minimum coverage of INR 50,000) , missed departure (minimum coverage of INR 50,000), accidental death and dismemberment (sum insured Minimum INR 2.5 Lacs), Accidental death and dismemberment common carrier (minimum coverage INR 2.5 Lacs), Accident Medical expense benefit (minimum coverage INR 1 Lacs), Emergency medical evacuation (minimum coverage : INR 50,000), in-hospital indemnity accident-only. 

  • For clients coming from the state of Maharashtra will have to get a RTPCR test done , no later than 72 hours prior to their departure to fly back to their destination in Maharashtra and produce a negative RTPRC test report before boarding their flight to their destination in Maharashtra. Kindly refer to the order dated November 23, 2020 of Government of Maharashtra.

  • For clients coming from Tamil Nadu and flying back after the completion of the trip are required to mandatory generate E-pass from TN e-Registration (tnega.org)

  • For clients arriving from Andhra Pradesh are required to register themselves on Spandana website www.spandana.ap.gov.in before travelling to Andhra Pradesh post the completion of the tour.

  • For clients arriving from West Bengal, we will be required to fill up and submit the declaration form using Sandhane App developed by H&FW Department West Bengal. App can be downloaded through this link http://74.50.58.66/systems/Sandhane/1.2/Sandhane_Gen.apk , before flying back from New Delhi, post completion of the tour.

  • For clients arriving from any other state, please check with their respective state authorities with regards to any rules related to travelling to other states and returning back to home state.

Booking Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following conditions apply:

  • 50 % Non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your space. Balance payment is required 20 days prior to start of the tour.
  • When a client cancels the tour: The cancellation policy will be as under:
    1. Cancellation received 20 days or more than 20 days prior to start of the tour: Tour deposit of 20 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.
    2. Cancellation received within 19 days – 15 days: 25 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.
    3. Cancellation received within 14 days – 8 days: 50 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.
    4. Cancellation received 7 days or less than 7 days prior to start of the tour: 100 % of the total tour package amount will be forfeited.

  1. Day 1 - Delhi/ Jaipur (Drive: 260 Km)
    hawa-mahal-jaipur Morning drive by your own vehicle to Jaipur – The Pink city. On arrival in Jaipur, check in at luxurious hotel ITC Rajputana – A luxury collection hotel. (standard check in time 14:00 Hrs).  Post check in, you may visit to Jaipur city and the remainder of the day is free for shopping and other activities in the local bazaar. Jaipur is paradise for shoppers looking for antiques, block printed traditional Rajasthan dresses, tops and much more. Those interested may also visit a gem and jewel factory. Jaipur is traditionally known for rare gemstones and traditional jewelry. Evening dinner at hotel.

  2. Day 2 - Jaipur/ Jodhpur (Drive: 340 Km)
    amber-fort-jaipur After breakfast, check out from hotel. You may visit to the majestic Amber Fort*. On our way to Amber fort, stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) for a photostop, where the ladies of the royal court used to watch the city from behind its intricately carved façade and thereafter continue our drive towards Amber Fort*. Perched on a hillside on the outskirts of town, the palace was constructed by Maharaja Man Singh. The fort which started construction in 1592 comprises a number of gardens, courtyards and palatial spaces derived from Mughal architecture and are a distinguished example of 17th Century Rajput architecture.
     
    After the tour of Amber fort, drive to Jodhpur. On arrival check in t hootel. Remainder of the day is free to relax. Dinner at hotel.  Please note, Transport, guide charges & entrance fee are not included.

  3. Day 3 - Jodhpur
    mehrangarh-fort-jodhpur A relaxed start today. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at hotel. Thereafter you may visit to Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India. The fort is situated 400 feet (122 m) above the city and is enclosed by imposing thick walls. Inside its boundaries there are several palaces known for their intricate carvings and expansive courtyards.  For those interested in getting a close glimpse of the city, one can walk down from the fort through the narrow lanes to the clock tower. A walk through the narrow lanes gives and excellent opportunity for the photographers to capture the life in the city through their cameras.

  4. Day 4 - Jodhpur / Khimsar (Drive: 125 Km)
    khimsar-desert After breakfast, check out and drive to Khimsar, located at the edge of the Great Thar Desert in the heart of rural India, the unique fort at Khimsar offers a wide range of experiences. On arrival check in at ITC Welcom Hotel Khimsar Dunes Village. Post lunch you may take a jeep safari to visit Black buck reserve. Remainder of the day is free to relax. Evening dinner at the resort.   1. FAQ 1 What is the most appropriate type of luggage to bring?

    We strongly recommend bringing a backpack or a duffel bag, as suitcases can be cumbersome and difficult to store in buses, under seats, etc. Keep in mind that you will normally have to carry your own luggage on and off buses and trains and up and down hotel staircases.

  2. FAQ 2 What type of ground transportation is used on your tours?

    Our ‘General Conditions’ includes the details of all the transports used during the entire service. The details can be found on each individual tour page.

  3. FAQ 3 Are airport transfers included?

    All of our tours include airport transfers and the prices for the same are included in our tour rates.

  4. FAQ 4 Can I join a tour late or leave it early?

    It is possible to join a tour late or leave a tour early. Though you would be responsible for all costs associated with joining a tour late or leaving one early. If you feel this may be necessary please consult our Specialist before you book your tour.

  5. FAQ 5 Can you provide me with a list of the hotels we will be staying at?

    We use a variety of hotels en-route and a complete list of hotels is provided for your tour. Hotel voucher of each hotel registered for the tour is shared too.

  6. FAQ 6 I'm a single traveler, will I be charged a single supplement?

    All of our trips have a single supplement. The cost and the details vary by trip, so please refer to each tour page for details.

  7. FAQ 7 What are the age restrictions on your tours?

    There are no upper age limits for most of our tours (although for tours under ‘Trekking in the Himalayas’ and ‘Himalayan Panorama’ requires a fit medical condition. For the same, we have a ‘Medical Form’ which is mandatory to be filled by all age groups). For children below the age of 12 years, a parent/guardian should be present. If an assistance is needed, it is to be mentioned at the time of booking. The same will be chargeable.

  8. FAQ 8 Do your tours include international airfare?

    Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin our tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for an air quote when making your booking.

  9. FAQ 9 What clothing should I pack for one of your tours?

    We always recommend packing as light as possible however the specific requirements for your tour will vary widely depending on where and when you are traveling. Our 'General Conditions' includes a suggested packing list and these can be downloaded from each individual tour page. The checklist is tour specific and based upon the experience of our ground staff.

    We keep our group sizes very flexible. So a group of 7 or a group of 70, we welcome all with the same zeal and fondness.

    For privacy reasons, we cannot provide you with advance details on your traveling companions. However, our tours appeal to a wide range of travelers, most of whom share a traveling passion and a desire to experience these destinations at a grass-roots level. Our tours are conducted in English and so they attract many travelers from Canada, North America, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

  13. FAQ 13 Can I book extra nights of hotel accommodation before or after my tour?

    Yes, in most cases we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels. Please contact our Specialist for price information. Please also note that extra accommodations must be booked outside of 30 days of departure.

  14. FAQ 14 Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?

    Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.
